SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Items that are purchased directly through our site and meet the requirements are eligible for return and can be refunded within 14 days of delivery, or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not applicable for sale items or on promo offers made. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.

Returns that have not been authorized, including used products, items without brand hang tags will be declined and returned to the customer whenever possible. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are handled and shipped during our operating hours of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Excludes Holidays.

If you place an order after 3:00 PM, it will be processed on the next business day.

Please allocate a maximum of 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

During periods of high demand, such as peak seasons or sales events, it may take 2-4 business days to ship your order.

We offer shipping services to locations within the continental United States as well as to most international countries.

 

SHIPPING PROCEDURES

For domestic orders, we utilize USPS or UPS as our shipping carriers.

Once the mailing carrier has taken possession of your order, MaLi Beads is unable to provide estimated delivery date information for your package until the tracking is updated on their end. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping notification for your order within 6 days of placing it, or if you have any other inquiries regarding your order, please reach out to us via email.

 

PACKAGE THEFT, DAMAGE OR LOSS

We understand that experiencing the theft or loss of a package can be distressing. However, MaLi Beads cannot assume responsibility for such incidents.

Please ensure that your provided address is accurate, as incorrect addresses may result in package loss. If a package is returned to our office due to an error in the shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for resending the package.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, MaLi Beads cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss or theft that may occur (delivery details can be verified using the order's tracking number).

If your package goes missing during transit, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. In such cases, the customer should directly contact USPS for assistance.

 

ISSUE WITH MISSING PACKAGE DESPITE DELIVERY STATUS:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, it is possible that our carriers scanned your package prematurely. We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders. Please note that our shipments do not require a signature upon delivery.

To address this issue, we kindly request you to reach out to your local USPS office and provide them with your tracking information. They will be better equipped to assist you as additional shipping details are beyond our control.
