Return / Refund Policy
MaLiBeads.com will accept items for store credit within 14 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition or they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Prior to returning any items, please contact us (inquiry@MaLiBeads.com) to request an RMA (return materials authorization) number. Once your return is processed, you will receive a MaLiBeads.com store credit via email.
Custom orders such as monograms and 14Kt. custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
Items must be received by MaLiBeads.com within 15 days of issuance of RMA. MaLi Beads cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
Shipping Policies & Rates
If your items are in-stock, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). If the item is on backorder, MaLi Beads will advise you upon receipt of your order. Orders placed after noon (EST) on Friday will not be shipped until Monday. Ground shipments should arrive within 10 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

To properly care for your new MaLi Beads please remember to:
Apply beauty products such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners.
