Returns: Items purchased directly from our site can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. ✨

Exchanges: If you prefer store credit, you can exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. 🛍️
Important Notes:
Sale items and promo offers are not eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days. 💼
Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Unauthorized Returns:
- Returns without prior authorization, or items that are used or missing brand hang tags, will be declined and sent back to you, if possible. 🚫
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged unauthorized returns during transit, so please be sure to get approval first! 📦

Operating Hours: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (excluding holidays). 🌞
- If you place an order after 3:00 PM, it’ll be processed the next business day.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipping. During busy times (like peak seasons or sales), it could take 2-4 business days. ⏳
- We offer shipping to domestic U.S. addresses and most international destinations. 🌎

- Once your package is with the carrier, we can’t provide an exact delivery date until the tracking is updated. 📍

Package Theft, Damage, or Loss: Here’s What You Should Know 🛑
We understand how frustrating it is if your package goes missing or gets damaged, but we’re not responsible for those situations once the package has been delivered to the address you provided.
