Any product purchased from our direct website is eligible for a free repair or replacement in the event of damage during the warranty period. The warranty period begins when your tracking status shows the package as delivered.

Damaged goods must be sent and received for inspection prior to any store credit being issued. Shipping fees are not covered or refundable. Replacements can be shipped to various countries worldwide (please refer to our website for a list of available countries). However, for international replacement orders, customs fees may apply upon delivery, based on the local tariff laws of the destination country.
